This Privacy Policy explains how VAAMI (“VAAMI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a product of EmpowerX Labs, collects, uses, and protects information when you use our voice AI platform, website at vaami.ai, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2.1 Information you provide

  • Payment information: billing details collected at the time of purchase. Card data is handled by our third-party payment processor and is never stored on our servers.
  • Support communications: messages and information you share when you contact our support team.
  • Configuration data: knowledge base content, call scripts, and settings you upload or configure within the platform.

2.2 Call and voice data

When VAAMI handles calls on your behalf, call audio and transcripts are processed on our infrastructure. Phone numbers of callers are collected as part of call logs. Account administrators can access call recordings and transcripts through the platform. End-customer voice data is processed solely to deliver the Services and is not used to train our AI models without your explicit consent.

2.3 Automatically collected information

  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, session duration, and interaction patterns on vaami.ai and within the platform.
  • Device and log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and error logs.
  • Cookies: we use cookies to maintain sessions and collect basic analytics. See Section 7 for details.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Providing, operating, and maintaining the Services.
  • Processing transactions and sending related confirmations and invoices.
  • Responding to your support requests and troubleshooting issues.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter as required for legal and business purposes. Call recordings and transcripts are retained for 90 days by default, after which they are permanently deleted. If your account has been inactive for 3 years, we will remove your data from our active databases. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us at [email protected].

6. Data Security

We implement technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse — including encryption of data in transit and at rest, access controls, and secure infrastructure. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. While we work hard to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security and you use the Services at your own risk.

We use the following types of cookies:

  • Strictly necessary: required for authentication and session management. These cannot be disabled.
  • Analytics: help us understand how the website is used so we can improve it. You can opt out via your browser settings.
