Businesses buying leads from ads and portals
Teams paying for each enquiry from search, social or listing portals, where an unreached lead is a direct, visible loss.
A lead qualification agent calls a new enquiry within moments of a form submission, asks the questions your sales team would ask, scores the answers against your criteria, writes the result into your CRM, and transfers or books a meeting for the leads that qualify. Your reps then spend their time on conversations that are already warmed up.

Software and services companies where the first call decides whether a demo is booked, and where SDRs cannot cover evenings or weekends.
Home improvement, education finance, insurance and similar categories with a qualification checklist before a salesperson should invest time.
Managers who see wide variation between reps in how fast and how thoroughly new leads are contacted.
A form submission is a moment of intent. The person is on the page, thinking about the problem, and likely to be comparing a few vendors in other tabs. Each hour that passes, the intent fades, the phone is in a meeting, and the competitor who called first has set the frame for the conversation. Lead response is a race, and most teams lose it by default because leads arrive when reps are busy, in meetings, or offline.
Published research supports the direction of this. The MIT and InsideSales.com Lead Response Management study, from 2007 and based on more than 15,000 leads across six companies, reported that a lead contacted within five minutes was about 100 times more likely to be reached than one contacted after 30 minutes. That is a single study that is now old and drawn from a particular set of companies, so treat it as evidence of the shape of the effect, not a promise for your funnel. We summarise it with its sources in our statistics page, linked below.
Speed alone is not the job. A fast call that cannot answer the person's questions or does not capture usable data wastes the lead. The qualification half matters just as much: budget, timeline, need and decision-maker, whatever your own criteria are, asked consistently every time and recorded as fields, not as a rep's memory of a call. Where speed and consistency are both required across all hours, automation is a sensible fit.
A form, ad lead or listing enquiry triggers a webhook or CRM event carrying name, phone, source and what the person asked about.
The agent validates the number format, checks your suppression list and calling-hours rules, and de-duplicates against leads already in progress.
The call goes out as soon as the rules allow, opening with the exact form or product the person enquired about so it is obviously relevant.
A one-line permission check. If it is a bad time, the agent offers a callback slot and logs it.
The agent works through your list, for example need, timeline, budget range, decision-maker and location, adapting wording to answers it has already heard.
Using the knowledge you provide, the agent answers pricing structure, service area and process questions, and says when it does not know.
Answers are mapped to your qualified, nurture or not-a-fit rules, producing a structured score and a short summary for the rep.
Qualified leads are warm-transferred to an available rep during hours or booked into a rep's calendar; others are tagged for nurture.
Fields, summary, recording reference and transcript are saved on the lead record, with the next step set.

We do not promise a result here. Define each metric before launch, record a baseline, and compare a called cohort against a control group where you can.
| Metric | How to define it |
|---|---|
| Speed to first call | Median time between form submission and the first call attempt, measured per source. |
| Contact rate | Leads where a person answered divided by leads called. |
| Qualification rate | Leads meeting your criteria divided by leads reached. |
| Meeting or demo booked rate | Booked meetings divided by qualified leads. |
| Lead-to-opportunity conversion by source | Opportunities created divided by leads, split by lead source and by AI-called versus rep-called cohorts. |
| Hand-off quality | Share of transferred or booked leads that reps rate as correctly qualified in a short weekly review. |

A standard configuration with one lead source, one CRM and a qualification list of up to about six questions is typically live in under one business day. Refining the scoring rules against real calls usually continues for the first weeks.
Qualification calls are priced by usage on the published plans. See the pricing page and use the calculator with your monthly lead count.
It can dial as soon as the lead event reaches Vaami and your calling-hours and suppression rules pass. Speed in practice depends on how quickly your form or CRM sends the event.
A 2007 MIT and InsideSales.com study found leads contacted within five minutes were about 100 times more likely to be reached than leads contacted after 30 minutes. It is a single, older study, so use it as direction and measure your own speed-to-contact against your own conversion.
You set the disclosure. We recommend the agent states that it is an AI assistant calling on behalf of your company, and offers a human any time it is asked.
Yes. The question list, the order, and the scoring thresholds are configuration. Review a sample of transcripts weekly and refine the list from what reps find missing.
A structured summary, the answers as fields, a score and tag, and the transcript and recording reference on the lead record, so the rep opens the conversation already informed.
It takes over first contact and consistent qualification. Reps still run discovery on qualified leads, handle complex objections and own the relationship.
