Retail and D2C brands
Brands that want to know about delivery, product and packaging experience after an order arrives, and who get low response from email surveys.
A feedback-call agent phones customers shortly after a purchase or service, asks a short NPS or CSAT question and a follow-up on why, and records the answer. Voice Intelligence then analyses the transcripts for themes and sentiment, so you see the reasons behind scores, not just the scores.

Operators who want a quick satisfaction read after a visit, repair, installation or treatment.
Teams measuring experience after onboarding or a claim, where open-ended reasons matter more than a number.
Teams that currently analyse a small, self-selected sample of survey responses and want broader, more representative feedback.
Survey links ask the customer to do work: open a message, click, wait for a page, answer a form. Most do not. The people who do respond skew toward the very happy and the very angry, and the quiet middle, whose experience may be the most useful, stays silent. A phone call asks for a minute of attention and is answered conversationally, which tends to bring in a wider set of customers and richer comments.
The second problem is analysis. A score tells you that something is wrong but rarely what. A customer who gives a 6 and says that the delivery was late but the product was good has told you more than the number can. Reading every comment is slow, so teams sample a few and miss patterns. If feedback is captured as full transcripts, themes can be counted: the share of low scores that mention delivery, for example, or a recurring complaint about one branch.
Using voice for this does have costs. Calls are more intrusive than a link, and customers are rightly sensitive about being asked for feedback at the wrong time. Calls should be short, scheduled at sensible hours, and always allow the customer to decline. The feedback job also needs a route for the unhappy: a low score with a serious complaint should reach a human quickly rather than land in a report.
A delivered order, a closed ticket, a completed visit or an activated account triggers the survey after a delay you choose.
The event type selects the survey: NPS for the overall relationship, CSAT for a specific interaction, or a short custom set.
The agent says who is calling, why, and that it will take about a minute, and accepts a refusal without pressing.
A single scale question, read the same way every time so results are comparable.
An open follow-up, adapted to the score: what worked well for high scores, what went wrong for low ones.
If the answer is vague, one clarifying question, then move on. The agent does not argue or defend the company.
Serious complaints or requests for contact trigger a flag and a hand-off or a ticket for your team.
A short thank-you, with a note on what happens next if the customer raised an issue.
Transcripts are processed with Voice Intelligence, which extracts intent, entities and sentiment, and you group results by theme, product, branch or channel.

We do not promise a result here. Define each metric before launch, record a baseline, and compare a called cohort against a control group where you can.
| Metric | How to define it |
|---|---|
| Response rate | Customers who completed the rating question divided by customers called, compared with the response rate of your current survey channel. |
| NPS or CSAT | Computed from the standard scales, reported with the number of responses so small samples are not over-read. |
| Theme share | Share of responses, or of low scores, that mention a given theme such as delivery, staff or price, from transcript analysis. |
| Detractor recovery rate | Customers who gave low scores and were contacted by your team within a target time, divided by low scorers. |
| Survey fatigue | Opt-outs and complaints about the call, divided by calls placed. |
| Sentiment-score agreement | How often transcript sentiment agrees with the rating given, to catch customers who say one thing and score another. |

A standard configuration with one survey, one trigger event and one language is typically live in under one business day. Building theme categories and dashboards on top of transcripts is an ongoing task as the data accumulates.
Survey calls are usage-based on the published plans, and transcript analysis is part of Voice Intelligence. See the pricing page for current plans.
It often reaches customers who ignore links, but results depend on your audience, call timing and how short the survey is. Compare your own response rate across channels over the same period rather than relying on a general claim.
Each call is transcribed, then intent, entities and sentiment are extracted by Voice Intelligence. You can group responses by theme, product, branch or time period and open the underlying transcript to check any insight.
It listens, acknowledges, records the complaint and offers a callback from your team. It does not argue or promise outcomes, and a request for a human is honoured immediately.
Use CSAT for a specific interaction such as a delivery or a ticket, and NPS for the overall relationship at a regular interval. Do not mix scales in one call.
Usually not. Sample customers, cap how often any customer is surveyed, and exclude those with open complaints so that a feedback call is never the first contact about a problem.
Yes. Hindi, Hinglish and the other supported Indian languages are available, and customers can reply in a different language from the one the call started in.
