Teams that convert portal and ad enquiries into property visits, and where a sales executive's day is built around a handful of site trips.
A site-visit booking agent calls an interested enquirer, agrees a date and time that your field team can actually cover, collects the address or location, books the slot in your calendar, and reconfirms the day before. Its goal is a visit that happens, not just a visit that was promised on a call.

Companies that must survey a roof before quoting, with a surveyor travelling to each address.
Showrooms that want test drives and showroom visits booked against sales-advisor and vehicle availability.
Interior designers, modular kitchens, coaching centres, co-working spaces and others where the first meaningful step is an in-person appointment.
A site visit costs the seller real time: a sales executive's half-day, a vehicle, a surveyor's travel. A visit that is booked loosely on a rushed call, with no confirmed date and an unclear meeting point, is the visit most likely to waste that time. The prospect said yes to be polite, nobody checked the diary, and the day arrives with a missed call and an empty site.
The causes are operational. Prospects are called when they cannot talk and ask to be called later, and the callback never happens. The slot offered does not match the team's real availability. The address is a landmark description that the surveyor cannot find. Nobody reconfirms, so the family that agreed to Saturday has made other plans. Each of these is a process gap rather than a lack of interest.
Voice is a good medium for fixing it because the whole exchange is a negotiation of times, places and who will be there. The agent can offer only slots the field team has free, record the meeting point precisely, and call again the day before. We do not re-describe our real-estate demo here; for a recorded example of a property conversation, see the real-estate page linked below.
A lead that has shown interest, from a campaign, a prior qualification call or a portal enquiry, arrives with the property, project or product they asked about.
The agent names the project, model or service and asks whether the person would like to see it in person.
It asks how many people will attend and whether a decision-maker such as a spouse or parent will be there, because visits with decision-makers convert differently from solo browsing.
The agent reads availability from your team's calendar, filtered by location and visit type, and offers two or three options.
For a home survey, it takes the address, a landmark and an access note. For a showroom or site, it gives directions and a named contact on arrival.
The visit is created in the calendar and assigned to the relevant sales executive or surveyor, with the lead's answers attached.
An SMS or message carries the date, time, address or map link and contact number.
A short reminder call confirms attendance, and offers reschedule if plans changed, so the field team can reassign the slot.
The agent or your team marks visited, no-show or rescheduled, and the result feeds the follow-up sequence.

We do not promise a result here. Define each metric before launch, record a baseline, and compare a called cohort against a control group where you can.
| Metric | How to define it |
|---|---|
| Visit booking rate | Visits booked divided by interested leads reached. |
| Visit completion rate | Visits that took place divided by visits booked, which is the headline number for this job. |
| Reconfirmation rate | Reconfirmation calls that ended in a confirmed answer divided by visits reminded. |
| Late-reschedule share | Reschedules made on the day or the evening before, divided by all reschedules. A high share means slots are not being reassigned in time. |
| Visit-to-quote or visit-to-sale conversion | Visits that led to a quote or order divided by visits completed, compared against visits booked by humans. |
| Address resolution failures | Visits where the field team could not locate the address, reported by the team after the visit. |

A standard setup with one calendar system, one city and one visit type is typically live in under one business day. Multi-city routing and territory rules take extra design time.
Booking and reconfirmation calls are billed by usage on the published plans. See the pricing page for current plans.
Qualification decides whether a lead is worth a salesperson's time. Site-visit booking starts when interest is established and turns it into a confirmed appointment at a physical location, with a day-before reconfirmation. Many teams run both in sequence.
Yes, through the calendar integrations, provided your team keeps availability there. If calendars are not maintained, the agent can only offer slots you list in advance.
Define the area by pincode or city. Outside it, the agent says so politely and offers to take a note for your team, rather than booking a visit that cannot happen.
Yes. Each project, branch or showroom can have its own slots, address, contact and wording, and the agent selects them from the lead's enquiry.
It surfaces changes of plan a day early, while your team can still reassign the slot or reroute the trip. It cannot guarantee attendance.
