What is White-Label Voice AI?
White-label voice AI is a voice agent platform that an agency or software company can resell under its own brand, with its own domain, dashboard and pricing, without building the underlying technology.
Also known as: reseller voice AI, private-label voice agent
How it works
The platform provider supplies the speech, language and telephony stack. The reseller adds its branding, sets prices for its own clients, and manages those clients in separate workspaces. The end client sees the reseller's name; the provider stays invisible in the background.
What to check before reselling
Look at who owns the client relationship and data, whether each client's data is separated, how billing flows, and what support the provider gives you for client issues. Ask what happens to your clients if you part ways with the provider, and how portable their agent configurations are.
Common mistake
Pricing from the provider's list rate and forgetting your own support time. Resellers spend most of their effort on onboarding, script writing and handling client queries. Price for that work, not just for minutes of usage.
